Please contact us first before returning items to approve your return / exchange. We will email you return details to ensure your return is processed quickly & efficiently :)

We will happily accept approved returns or exchanges of products 14 days from the date of receiving your order. If the received date cannot be proven (no tracking information), the 14 days will be based from its order date.

Return items must be in new/unworn condition with original packaging and sent within 14 days of the return label being issued.

Refund amount will be the amount paid minus shipping cost.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure items are packaged well and sent securely with appropriate insurance where applicable.

We will gladly exchange any item that is defective and the customer will not be responsible for return shipping costs. If the order is free of errors, the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways when returning or requesting for an exchange.
